This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used by Vintage Wholesaling. Our controls let you accept optional analytics, reject optional cookies, manage preferences and change your choice later through Cookie settings.

Strictly necessary

Necessary cookies and storage run the webshop and cannot be switched off through our controls. They can include WordPress login cookies, WooCommerce cart and session cookies, checkout and security cookies, and the local storage record that remembers your cookie choice. They keep items in your cart, keep accounts signed in, process checkout and protect the site.

Functional preferences

We may use limited functional storage for your stated preferences and essential shop behaviour. Where it is not necessary, we will ask for the appropriate choice first.

Analytics

Analytics is optional. When Google Analytics 4 is configured, it will load only after you choose Analytics. It is intended to help us understand aggregate site use and commerce performance, such as page views, product views, add-to-cart activity, checkout and completed purchases.

Marketing

We do not currently activate Meta or TikTok marketing pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for the appropriate choice before activating them where required.

External services and your choices

Payment, delivery, email and WhatsApp services are used only when you choose the relevant action or place an order. See our Privacy Policy for the provider categories involved. Rejecting optional analytics does not stop necessary cart, checkout or account functionality. You can accept, reject, manage preferences, and reopen or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.
